Application Criteria & Guidelines

Please read all the information below prior to filling out the application.

In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a valid form of identification & proof of income in the amount of 3x the rent.

REQUIREMENT -All Applicants are required to verify their identification & income at the time of the application:

     -Application Fee: $75.00

     - Application Fees are non-refundable.

     - All occupants 18 or older must apply separately online before we will begin the screening process. All applicants must meet the minimum rental criteria.

     - Landlord & Landlord's agent reserve the right to consider multiple applications.

     - If applicant's employer uses a 3rd party service company to verify employment (i.e., The Work Number or similar company), applicant will be 100% responsible for any extra fees.

Pet screening is required for all applicants that will have a pet occupying the property.
